At YOUnique Yoga, we are a community of women with diverse backgrounds and decades of experience, passionate about offering authentic, heated yoga, Pilates, and more. We believe in creating a welcoming space for individuals of all shapes, sizes, and abilities, where everyone can feel empowered, accepted, and celebrated. Our classes are designed to honor each person’s unique journey, fostering growth, strength, and self-love through mindful movement.

Heated Yoga, Pilates and Sculpt Classes
Engage in a variety of heated yoga classes designed to boost flexibility and strength. Our supportive environment enhances your practice and promotes well-being. Please note that we do offer a few warm and room temp class. Please check the schedule for these classes.

What you should know:
- Arrive at least 10-15 minutes before class starts to settle in. Late arrivals may not be allowed to enter once the class has started for safety reasons.
- Please keep noise to a minimum in the studio to maintain a calm, peaceful atmosphere. Refrain from talking once the class begins to respect everyone’s practice.
- Turn off or silence your phone before entering the studio. Please avoid using phones during class.
- Bring your own mat and props, or borrow the studio's props are cleaned after use. Clean up after yourself – wipe down any mats or props you use.
- Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. Avoid wearing strong fragrances or perfumes that may distract others.
- If you are new to yoga or have any health concerns, inform your instructor before class. If you feel discomfort or pain during any postures, modify or stop the practice, and inform your instructor if needed. Please remove shoes before entering the practice area to maintain cleanliness.
- Practice within the space designated for you. Leave enough room for others to move freely.
- If you need to cancel a class, please do so at least 2 hours in advance to avoid being charged.
- Arriving after the class starts may result in being turned away, as it may disrupt the session. Doors are locked at the beginning of class. No refunds or credits will be made to those that arrive late.
